Albert is 21 a nd a rider for the store ranch, as is Ernest who is 16, then George 14, and August 12 are both in school.
His 1917 draft registration gives his occupation as a laborer for Emil Bucholz in Chowchilla, he is single. No NOK is listed.
The 1940 census lists George and Stella, no children. They live with his divorced brother Emile at 135 16th street, and he is a dish worker.
