Robert "Bob" Billeter Pratt was born 14 Jan 1918 in Salt Lake City to William Parker "Park" Pratt and Katharina or Catherine "Kate" Billeter. He was #11 of 15 children.

In 1930 Bob was age 12 living in SLC, Utah. In 1940 he was living in Washington, DC with his brother Elmer.

During World War II he served in the US Navy where he was involved in considerable action.

On 15 Aug 1952 he married Louise Ann Poyner in SLC, Utah. They had the following children:

Steven R., b. abt 1953 in SLC
Michelle, b. abt 1955 in SLC
Frank Jay, b. 18 Aug 1958, d. 13 Apr 2004

Robert passed away 5 Sep 2004 in SLC, Utah.

Robert B. Pratt, 86, passed away on September 5, 2004, in Salt Lake City. He was born on January 14, 1918, in Salt Lake City, Utah to William Parker Pratt and Catherine Billeter Pratt. He married Louise Poynor on August 15, 1952, in Salt Lake City. Later their marriage solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He served in the United States Navy during World War II where his fleet captured a German submarine and escorted it to the east coast. Robert is survived by his wife of 52 years, Louise; children, Steven R. Pratt, Michelle Pratt Estrada; grandchildren, Amy Estrada, Jacob Estrada, and Aaron Estrada; brothers, Richard Pratt, Guntersville, AL, Glen C. Pratt, Salt Lake City, Utah. Preceded in death by his parents, 12 siblings, and son, Frank J. Pratt. Funeral services held on Thursday, September 9, 2004, at the Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan. Interment, Redwood Memorial Cemetery. Published in the Salt Lake Tribune from 9/7/2004 - 9/8/2004.
