She was the daughter of Arthur Cleveland Sullivan and Ida Shifflett Sullivan. She is survived by her husband, Otis J. Shifflett; two sisters, Evelyn Webster of Waynesboro and Harold Ruth Sullivan of Stanardsville; three brothers, Meredith Sullivan of Waynesboro; Ellis Sullivan of Mission Home and Joseph Sullivan of Baltimore, Maryland.
A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Emmanuel Episcopal Church, Greenwood, with interment at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens, Harrisonburg.
Anderson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
