Marriage records confirm the following: M.E. Rundell married A.K. Bender on April 4th, 1886, in Bosque Co., TX. The A.K. Bender obituary's reference to "Russell" is clearly inaccurate.

In a 1913 obituary, "Mrs. A. K. Bender of DeLeon" is listed as a surviving daughter of Leodicea Nelson Holt Rundell.
