He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jerome Bezdek.
PeeWee worked as an electrician for 20 years at Diamond Shamrock in Deer Park, before returning to Louise, where he and Jeanita owned and operated PeeWee’s Burger Hut. He worked for Martin Electric for 15 yrs. He was elected as Wharton County Justice of the Peace, Pct. 3, where he served from 1993-2000.
Always serving his community and church, he was a long time member and chaplain of Louise Volunteer Fire Dept., member of Louise-Hillje Chamber of Commerce, Louise Lions Club, LHS Booster Club, and life member of both St. Procopius Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.
Visitation begins 4 p.m. Tuesday, January 1 at Triska Funeral Home with a Rosary recited at 5:00 p.m. Funeral Services begin 10 a.m. Wednesday, January 2 at St. Procopius Catholic Church, Louise, with burial following at St. Procopius Cemetery.
