Richard H. Lennick, 71, Glen Ullin, died Sunday August 11, 1996 in Bismarck.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, August 14 at Spangelo Funeral Home in Glen Ullin.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 15 at 10:30 a.m. at the First Evangelical Congregational Church in Glen Ullin. Burial will follow in the Glen Ullin Cemetery.

Richard was born September 29, 1924 north of Hebron to John and Pauline Imhoff Lennick. The family moved to Zap and later to Glen Ullin. in 1945 he married Rose Jacober and they settled on the farmstead. They moved to Beulah, Mandan, and Richardton where they raised two sons. Richard and Rose retired in Glen Ullin.

He is survived by his mother Pauline; his wife, Rose, Glen Ullin; two sons, John R. of Hebron and Elmer J. of Wessington, SD; two grandchildren Tracy L. and Andrew J. Lennick; three brothers, Clarence, Milton, and Armin; and four sisters, Margie Kroh, Ruth Neumann, Esther Vietz, and Ruby Funk.

He was preceded in death by his father, infant brother, Johnny, brother Raymond, and a son who died at birth.
