She was born May 29, 1926, in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Charles Henry Wilkins and Eula Ester Fletcher Wilkins. She attended grade school in Coltman and graduated from Ucon High School where she was Senior Class President. She continued her education at Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho and Utah State University in Logan, Utah earning an Associate’s Degree.
On May 6, 1947, she married Albert George Rasmussen in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple. He preceded her in death on December 29, 1993. Ina was a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker and also taught piano in her home. She had worked as a secretary and bookkeeper and also at Chesbro Music.
Ina was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served faithfully in many callings including pianist, organist, teacher, Relief Society Ward and Stake President, as counselor in various presidencies, and as Homemaking Leader. She enjoyed music, singing, and accompanying and occasionally accompanied the Nelson Orchestra.

12 Grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren, and 2 Great Great Grandchildren
