Mrs. Sadie Spilker Dies in Plymouth
Mrs. Sadie Carolina Spilker, 81, of Plymouth died at her home Tuesday evening. She was the widow of Carl Spilker who died Feb. 22 of this year.
Born March 12, 1872, in Minden, Westphalia, Germany, she moved to the United States in 1880. She and her husband moved to the Plymouth area in 1906 from the northern part of Gage County.
In 1938, they moved into Plymouth. Mrs. Spilker was a member pf the Immanuel Lutheran Church, east of Plymouth. She is survived by sons Louie and Charles of Plymouth; a brother, William Schlake, Pickrell; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Paul Stichweh and Walter Schlake are in charge of the Memorial Wreath. Funeral services are pending at the Harman Mortuary.
