OBITUARY OF MAXINE DANIELS

MOUNT PLEASANT -- Maxine Chandler DANIELS passed away June 18, 1999 at the age of 82.

She was born on November 01, 1916 to Percy and Hazel CHANDLER in Weiser, Idaho. She married Daniel LeGlen DANIELS on November 11, 1934 in Payette, Idaho.

Our mother, Maxine Chandler DANIELS, accomplished one of our Heavenly Father's greatest commandments, to multiply the earth. In spite of popular belief she brought 15 special spirits to the earth. We all love and respect her; she was a great teacher, by example and word. She taught us great values, such as honesty and commitment. She had faith that would move a mountain. She also taught us humility and compassion. She was always concerned about everyone else. She served 14 years in the primary presidency, she served in the young women and as a visiting teacher and also as a compassionate service leader. She was also active in the DUP organization.

She is survived by her children: Ann (Jacob) MULDER, Darlene (Calvin) DUNHAM, Gloria FERRIN, Dan L. DANIELS, Vivian (Bruce) WHITED, Judith (Gary) JACKSON, Glenadene (Michael) HILL, Vernadene (John) ROBU, Ralph L. (Tracy) DANIELS, Brent C. (Pamela) DANIELS, Dean (Janell) DANIELS; sister, Juanita JENSEN, Portland, Oregon; brother, Robert (Mary) CHANDLER, Weiser, Idaho; forty-four grandchildren and forty-seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and a son, David Lynn DANIELS.

Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 22, 1999 at 12:00 noon in the Mount Pleasant Fourth Ward Chapel (49 South Street). Friends and family may call on Monday, June 21, 1999 from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the Ursenbach Funeral Home (96 North 100 West) and Tuesday, June 22, 1999 from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
