He was a retired Santa Fe Railroad locomotive engineer. Bick, 69, departed this life peacefully on Wednesday at home with family and friends. Bick's lifelong mission was dedication to his wife's and daughters' happiness, to know and worship Our Heavenly Father.
Bick was born in Cleburne. He was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Cleburne Masonic Lodge 315, York Rite and Ruth Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Funeral: 1 p.m. Saturday at Crosier-Pearson-Mayfield Funeral Home in Cleburne. Burial: Laurel Land Memorial Park, Fort Worth.
Memorials: Wesley United Methodist Church.
Bick is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Glenna Wells, of Cleburne; two daughters, Karen Lynn Wells and Kara Lea Wells, both of Cleburne; brother, John W. Wells of Tyler; two sisters, Josephine W. Brown of Jonesboro, Ark., and Beverly K. White of Cleburne, and two grandsons.
