Clyde William Campbell, 28 years of age, of Bronston, Kentucky, departed this life on August 10th, 2008 from injuries he received during an automobile accident.

Clyde was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 19th, 1980, son of Donna Jean Smith Loukes of Monticello, Kentucky and Robert James Campbell Sr. of Cincinnati, Ohio. Clyde served his country with honor in the United States Army in the Persian Gulf and Iraq. He served his Lord as a member of the Newtown Baptist Church.

Clyde was survived by his loving wife, Audrea Nan Walker Campbell, whom he married on March 7th, 2004; one daughter, Autumn Renea Campbell; one brother, Robert James, Jr. (and his wife, Tashina) Campbell; three sisters, Sue Anne Loukes, Holly Anne Campbell, and Sherri (and her husband, Buddy) Keith; his grandparents, William Clyde and Patricia Smith, Patsy and Mike Blevins, Susie and Mike Martin, Marion Cox, and Jackie Tube; and a host of other family and friends who mourn his passing.

Surviving from his wife, Audrea's side of the family was her grandfather, Hillary Atkins; and Judy and Bud Gastonel.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Velma Reynold Smith; and Robert Marion and Dorothy Luvern Campbell.

Visitations were held on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the Hoyt G. Hickey and Son Funeral Home in Monticello, Kentucky.

Funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday in the Chapel of the Hoyt G. Hickey and Son Funeral Home.

Interment followed at 12:00 noon on Thursday in the Mill Springs National Cemetery in Nancy, Kentucky.
