Mrs. Seel was born in Berlin Germany. She made her home for the past four years with her daughter, Mrs. Ella Gosch, 848 Ohio Avenue, Midland, PA., and lived in Newell for 30 years previously.
She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church and a member of the Willing Workers Society since it Organization, Mr. Seel died Jan. 26, 1946.
She leaves two other daughters, Mrs. Anna Dickey and Mrs. Freda Burrows of Wellsville; a brother, William Franz and a sister Mrs. Anna Kimble of Warren, and 15 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Rites will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Martin Funeral Home by Rev. Wilbert T. Wilson.
Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
