Mrs. Morton Downey, nee Ann Trainer, was born in Akron, Ohio passed away Tuesday, June 23, 2015. Ann was a great sportswoman (golf, tennis and fishing). Also she was a highly creative and successful Interior decorator (Morton-Ann Downey Interiors). She was a member of The Everglades Club, The Bath and Tennis Club and Seminole Club since 1958. Ann has won several championships in golf including numerous Everglades Ladies Championships and Triple Crown of Golf Winner in Washington, D.C. She was involved with numerous Charities such as the Lighthouse, The Glades Academy, FoundCare and active in ARF and Peggy Adams. She is survived by her daughter, Mona de Sayve; and grandson, Nicolas de Sayve.
