As an actor, he participated in films of the Golden Age of Mexican cinema such as "Dancing," "Salón de baile," "El fantasma se enamora" and "La gitana blanca." He also appeared in movies in the United States such as "The Treasure of Pancho Villa," "Comanche" and "A Woman's Devotion." Later he returned to Mexico and continued working on a large number of films, including "Mundo, demonio y carne," "La hermana blanca," "Y Dios la llamó Tierra" and "El señor doctor." He also participated in more than 30 television series, such as "Murallas blancas," "No basta ser médico," "Lo imperdonable," "La hiena," "Barata de primavera," "Acompáñame," "Vamos juntos," "Amor ajeno," "Destino" and "Milagro y magia."
