On May 20, 1891, she married the Rev. Stanley White, of New York City, son of the Rev. Erskine Norman White and Eliza Tracy Nelson, at the West Spruce Street Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They had five children.
Henrietta served as the secretary of the Presbyterian Board of Foreign Missions, devoting herself to the work of its Christian missions.
