The funeral of Anthony Cassin, who died Friday at his home in the town of Lincoln from a stroke of paralysis, was held from the Sacral Heart Catholic church in this city, this morning. He was born in Massachusetts 76 years ago, came to Wisconsin in 1875, farmed .in Sheboygan county a number of years, and eight years ago moved to Lincoln, since which time had lived in retirement. He was of sterling qualities of character and was honored and respected by all who knew him. Surviving besides his widow are three children, Mrs. J. J. Leukel, town of Lincoln; Peter Cassin, Oshkosh, and Mike Cassin, Detroit, Mich. He also leaves five grandchildren.
