Mrs. Mary Ann Cassin, 82, died of pneumonia at 10:45 o'clock Sunday morning at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Leuckel, route 3, with whom she had been making her home since 1913.
Funeral services will be conducted at 9 o'clock Wednesday morning at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic church, with the Rev. H. P. Toeller officiating. Burial will take place in Hillside cemetery.
Mrs. Cassin, nee Mary Ann Ried [sic], was born at Sheboygan on May 5, 1854, and spent half of her lifetime there. She was married there to Anthony Cassin in the fall of 1882. He preceded her in death eleven years ago.
Surviving children are Mrs. J. J. (Anna) Leuckel, route 3; Peter Cassin, Chicago; and Mike Cassin, Pontiac, Mich. Five grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and one brother, Thomas Reid, New London, also survive.
A rosary service will be held at 7:30 o'clock Tuesday evening at the J. J. Leuckel home.
