Private services were held Monday, June 27, 2005, at Olive Branch Cemetery for Christine M. Rinkhoff, 95, of Rostraver Township, who died Sunday, June 26, 2005, at her home.

She was born July 14, 1909, on the family farm near McKeesport, Pa., a daughter of the late John and Frances Ruzick Yoder.

She was a member of the Pricedale Union Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward A. Rinkhoff Sr.; a son, Ronald Rinkhoff; a grandson, Preston Wells Rinkhoff; and five brothers, John, Frank, David, Albert and Thomas Yoder.

She is survived by two sons, Edward Rinkhoff Jr., of Smock, and William A. Rinkhoff Sr., of Rostraver Township; eight grandchildren, Elizabeth Wood, William A. Rinkhoff Sr., Grant Rinkhoff, Clint Rinkhoff, Barry Rinkhoff, Bryce Rinkhoff, Alina Reinhard and Josiah R. Wells; and two great-grandchildren, Paige and Kayleigh Rinkhoff. She is also survived by a brother, Edward Yoder and two sisters, Victoria Yoder and Frances Cangolosi, who lovingly helped care for their sister, Christine; and two ex-daughters-in-law, Carol Rinkhoff of Hopwood, and Ruth Rinkhoff of Floyd Knobs, Ind.

Services were conducted by the Rev. James Mimidis. Arrangements were handled by the L.L. BARTHELS FUNERAL HOME INC., Second Street, Smithton, Pa.
