I am a retired US history teacher. I grew up in Lakeview, NC. My family (Blue) migrated from Scotland about 1770 and settled there. Lakeview Cemetery was started during the Revolutionary War (about 1880). My family members have been buried there since.
My maternal family settled in the Deer Park area of New York. The Westfalls and one Orth child are buried in Wurtsboro, NY
