Mrs. Moses Funeral

A Large Number of Friends and Relatives Present.

The funeral of Mrs. Eliza M Moses, the wife of Maj. Raphael J Moses, took place Sunday afternoon at 5 o'clock, and the interment was made in the cemetery at Esquiline Hill.
A large number of friends and relatives, who had known and loved the deceased lady, went from Columbus to pay the last possible tokens of respect to the dead.
By a special request of the deceased her son-in-law, Col. Lionel C. Levy, conducted the funeral ceremony and delivered a beautiful address which brought the tears, not only to the eyes of the family and intimate friends, but to those who had respected and admired Mrs. Moses without being intimate with her. The pall-bearers were: Messrs. Moultrie and Monte Moses, L Clarence Levy, Jr., Lionel Bell Moses, Wilfred M. Moses, Davis A Andrews and Chas. H Dillibgham.
Four of these gentlemen were the deceased lady's grandsons, and one was her great grandson. The members of her immediate family are her husband, Major Raphael J. Moses; two sons, Major I M Moses, Yacum, Tex., and COl. Raphael J Moses, Jr., New York, four daughters, Mrs. A W Robison and Mrs. Lionel C Levy, of this city, Mrs. Robert Samuels, Brussels, Belgium, and Mrs. James A White, of New York; a sister, Mrs. Daniel C.
