CLYDE, Ohio A woman who survived a rollover accident on County Road 175 south of Clyde in Sandusky County was killed when a second vehicle lost control and hit her as she sat in a field near the road.
The accidents occurred Saturday morning, an Ohio Highway Patrol spokesman said yesterday.
Angela Warwick, 33, of Clyde died minutes after she had survived a rollover accident and was sitting outside of her vehicle when another vehicle lost control, went off the road, and struck her. Two other people in Ms. Warwick s Ford Explorer were injured.
Ms. Warwick was sitting in a field off County Road 175 when a Jeep traveling northeast on the road lost control in the drifting snow and hit her, troopers at the Fremont post of the Ohio Highway Patrol said. The Jeep was driven by Rebecca Puffenberger, 39, of Green Springs, Ohio.
Two passengers in Ms. Warwick's vehicle, Timothy Sizemore, 37, of Bellevue, and Brylee Warwick, 2, of Clyde, were treated and released from Fremont Memorial Hospital, a hospital spokesman said.
