Born in Rowlesburg,WV,she was the daughter of the late Charles and Nora Ayersman Sypolt.
Prior to her retirement she was employed at the Washington County Hospital.She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church,the Temple Builders Sunday School Class of of the chuch,the woodmen of the world,the women of the Moose No.212 of Hagerstown,the Ladies Auxiliary of Aiere No.694 of F.O.E and Senior Citizens of Walnut Towers.
She is survived by four daughters,Mrs. Kitty Lee Godlove and Mrs.Mary Jane Beaver,both of Hagerstown,Mrs Anna E.Oden of Pondsville and Mrs. Beverly J.Royce of Hagerstown;two sons,Robert L.Smith of Baltimore and Lester J.Smith of Hagerstown;two sisters,Mrs.Helen Glesner and Miss Thelma Sypolt of Hagerstown.
