Henry Barnes and family were buried in the Old Liberty Methodist Church Cemetery near Holladay, Benton County, Tennessee. Liberty Methodist Church later moved a short distance to its current location near Holladay in Benton County, Tennessee. A new cemetery was started at this site and still exists. The Old Liberty Methodist Church Cemetery was destroyed after the church was moved when the land was cleared and bulldozed by a local resident. Henry's grave and other family graves in the Old Liberty Cemetery were all destroyed and lost.
