HORSESHOE BEND — Bonnie June Bunting, 74, of Horseshoe Bend died Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2010, in Mountain Home.

Born June 26, 1936, in Bigelow, she was the daughter of Benjamin Lee and Dahlia Lindsey Lee. She was united in marriage to Arvil Bunting on Feb. 23, 1957, in Marked Tree. She was a homemaker and a member of Myron Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 53 years; a son, Brian Bunting of St. Louis; a brother, James Marvin Lee of Forrest City; two sisters, Jeanette Riddell of Jackson, Tenn., and Joann Harris of Oklahoma; and three grandchildren, Ashley Bunting, David Bunting and Steven Bunting, all of St. Louis.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Jessie May Clark and Jo Dean Cavet.

A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Myron Baptist Church with Freeling Clower officiating. Burial will be in Godwin Cemetery under the direction of Eddie's Family Funeral Home of Melbourne.

Honorary pallbearers are Steven Bunting, David Bunting, Jim Cavett Jr., Russell Riddell, Kevin Riddell, Penny Martin, Ashley Bunting, Joe Cavet, Jack Cavet, Jeff Cavet, Jimmy Bunting and Jerry Bunting.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 tonight at the church.
