Funeral services for Mrs. Bertha F. Buckholtz, 60, a registered nurse, formerly on the staff at Sibley Hospital, will be held at 12:45 p.m. Monday in the Nalley funeral home, 3200 Rhode Island avenue, Mount Rainier, Md. Burial will be at 2 p.m. in Arlington Cemetery.

Mrs. Buckholtz, who lived at 3202 Perry street, Mt. Rainier, died Thursday in Sibley, after an illness of flve weeks.

Born in Hawley, Pa., and educated in Honesdale, Pa., she became a registered nurse in 1925, after receiving training at Sibley.

For the next five years, she nursed there. Her husband, George Otis Buckholtz, is a World War I veteran and a retired electrician here.

She was a member of the Triangle Bible Class of the Mt. Rainier Methodist Church.

Besides her husband, she is survived by three sons, George Otis Buckholtz, jr., Avondale, Md.; Robert Arthur Buckholtz, and David R. Buckholtz, both of the Perry street address; a daughter, Mrs. Lily W. Lee, of Washington, and two grandchildren.
