JAMES ALLOWAY
CAMBRIDGE -- James W. Alloway, 70, of Columbus, died suddenly at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Vinton McVicker of Columbus, Friday evening.
Death was attributed to a heart attack.
A native of Cambridge, he has lived in Columbus for several years. He was a member of the Baptist church there.
Surviving in addition to his daughter, Mrs. McVicker, are two sons, Brook Allloway of Columbus, and Dr. Lionel Alloway of Tucson, Ariz.; a brother, M.J. Alloway of Cambridge, and a sister, Mrs. Allen Fogle, of Springfield. He also leaves six grandchildren.
Funeral services were held in Columbus today and burial was in a cemetery there.
