Preceded in death by his father; J J Waters, brother; Wiley James Waters, and sister; Lizzie Bullard. Survivors include his wife; Lilla, mother; Mary Waters of High Springs FL, daughter; Courtney Gandy of Havana, FL, sons; Edward Eugene Waters, Kenneth Wayne Waters, Raymond Marlow Waters and daughter; Darlene Waters all of Jacksonville, FL, brothers; Henry Barney Waters (Ella) of High Springs, FL, John Manin Waters (Allie Mae), of Alma, GA, and Bill Waters of Baxley, GA, sisters; Emmerrean Osteen (Evins) and Addie Mae Caraway (Roan), of High Springs, FL. Several grandchildren and other family members also survive.
