CLAYTON, N.M. - Charlene M. Goats, 73, died Monday, Nov. 3, 2008, in Albuquerque.
Service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Amistad United Methodist Church in Amistad, N.M., with the Rev. Jay Jones, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Clayton Memorial Cemetery by Hass Funeral Directors of Clayton.
Charlene was born Aug. 15, 1935, in Anderson, Ind., to Charles Pusey and Mary Alice Chambers McAllister. She moved to Clayton in 1972 and married Edward Goats on Nov. 2, 1972, in Clayton, where they made their home in the Amistad area.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Lorri Alice Krehbiel of Albuquerque; a son, Kenneth H. Bair III of Albuquerque; five grandchildren; and a sister, Sue Gorsbeck of Bullard, Texas.
