The 10th of 15 children, Willie was born on March 09, 1946, to Lela and Leroy Campbell in Rascal Flatts, Oklahoma.
Willie graduated from Catoosa High School in 1965 and went on to serve in the United States Army. After serving in the military, Willie would work in many industries, from garage door openers, to building houses, and even driving school buses. Willie would go on to work as an airplane mechanic for American Airlines for 23 years, retiring in 2013.
He was a member of First Baptist Church of Justin for 28 years.
In his spare time, Willie enjoyed farming, fishing, and spending time with family. Willie was a strong believer of God's everlasting love and led many others to share in this belief.
Willie was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his loving wife, Jane Solomon-Campbell; son, Will Campbell and wife, Christina; daughter, Jennie Stokle and husband, Justin; step-children, Michael Solomon and wife, Melissa and Stacie Robinson and husband, Ward; grandchildren, Wyatt, Dusty, Savannah, Emma, Olivia, Micah, Carter, Kyle, Aidan, Ellis, Grace, Morgan, and Ricki; three great-grandchildren; adopted son, Miguel Robles; sisters, Vida Martin and Naomi Valliere; one brother, Wayne Campbell; and a host of extended family members and friends.
