Victim of serial killer John Wayne Gacy. Originally from Long Island, he eventually moved to Chicago in 1975 and worked in various bars and clubs after being married while in New York and later divorced before disappearing. Authorities indicate that he was killed by Gacy in late 1976 or early 1977 and was likely 21 at the time of his Murder. His remains were discovered in the crawl space under Gacy's home in December 1978. His remains remained unidentified for more than 40 years but were eventually identified in 2021 using DNA technology previously unavailable. His date of death listed above is the date he was interred.∼Francis was a great friend, and a beautiful human being. He would give his right arm to anyone that he met. He was smart, funny, and just fun to be around. So many of us miss him every single day. RIP
