Penny Ann Blue, 74, of Clifton passed away on October 21, 2021.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, October 25, 2021, at Lanes Chapel Cemetery.

Penny was born in Clifton, TX on March 22, 1947, to Otis A. and Vera (Vickrey) Blue. She attended school in Mosheim until the fourth grade and graduated from Clifton High School. After graduating, she attended the University of Mississippi. From 1968-to 1970, she lived in Raleigh, NC moving on to Columbia, SC until 1972. In 1972, she moved to Marco Island, FL where she was a realtor. In 1986, Penny moved to Clifton, TX where she worked for Chemical Lime Clifton and Ft. Worth in Human Resources until her retirement.

Penny enjoyed playing tennis. She had a caring way about her, caring for her parents and those less fortunate than herself. She volunteered a lot of her time with Meals on Wheels and the Clifton Food Bank. She was of the Methodist faith.

She is survived by her brothers, O.D. Blue (Beverly), Charlie Blue (Judy); nieces, Allison Bettendorf, Heather Harkovich; nephews, Scott Blue, Steve Blue, and Brent Blue.
