Melody Rose Alba passed peacefully on July 23, 2021. She was born on May 5, 2021, to Glenn D. and Rosaliz Alba of West Hempstead, New York. During her short time here on Earth she touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. Her life, although brief, a brief gift to the world. The memory of her and the joy she brought to the lives of her family and those that knew her will live on.
In addition to her parents, Melody Rose is survived by her four siblings: Emily Rose, Jermie, Joyeliz, and Frankie; several aunts and uncles; and a host of family and friends. She is predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Angel L. Luis and Carmen Reyes; as well as her paternal grandparents, Fernando and Genoveva Alba.
Funeral services will be held at St. Agnes Cathedral - 29 Quealy Place, Rockville Centre, New York, 11570 on July 28, 2021, at 9:45 A.M, followed by interment at Pinelawn Memorial Park, 2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735.
