Peggy Jane Mize Adams of Ben Lomond, Arkansas passed away May 30, 2021. Peggy was born August 7, 1935, she was 85 years of age. Peggy is preceded in death by her husband of 45 years Kenneth Ray Adams; her parents, James Emmett Mize and Stella Jane (Tabler) Mize; two brothers, James Emmett Mize Jr (Billie Hubbard) and Billy George Mize (Imogene Wood); and one grandson, Blake Mize "Bubba" Adams.
Peggy is survived by four daughters, Cindy Adams, Cheryl York, Connie Smith (Ronnie), and Cathy Adams; four grandsons, Brandon Adams, Ron Smith Jr, Russell Smith, and Trey York; four great grandchildren, Blakelee Adams, Kameron Adams, Konner Adams, and Braxton Adams; two nephews, Mike Mize and Jimmy Mize; and one niece, Jeanne Mize Vaughan.
Services will be performed by Mike Mize, Ronnie Smith, and Herman Welch.
Pallbearers are Jimmy Mize, Matt Mize, Jake Day, Jarred Day, Alex Day, and Drew Day.
Honorary Pallbearers are Stacy Day, Bradley Day, Brady Day, Kirby Austin, Chomsley "DeBo" Ricks, and Marcus Cook.
Visitation will be Tuesday, June 1, 2021, 6:00-8:00 p.m., at Madden Funeral Home in Ashdown, AR.
Services will be Wednesday, June 2, 2021, 10:00 a.m. at Madden Funeral Home with graveside following at Ben Lomond Cemetery.
