Mr. Bullard was born January 11, 1945 in Horry County, a son of the late Edgar M. and Annie Jane Buffkin Bullard. He was a mechanic and a US Army veteran. Mr. Bullard loved to fish.
Surviving Mr. Bullard are: a Sister: Ann Bullard Strickland of Lake View; a Brother: Danny Ray Bullard, Sr. of Nichols; 2 Special Nephews: Dusty (Tracy) Strickland and Christopher Dean Bullard; and several other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Mr. Bullard was predeceased by 2 sisters, Gloria Jean Hatcher and Edna Earle Hardee and 2 brothers, Roger Dale Bullard and Johnny Bullard.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, April 9, at Spring Branch Baptist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Lynn Anderson officiating. The services will be directed by Cox-Collins Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends at the cemetery immediately following the service.
