Dr. Edgar Stillman, a diabetes specialist, died Thursday of a heart ailment in his home at 6 Sutton Square. He was 84 years old.
Dr. Edgar Stillman graduated from Stanford in 1907 and got his MD at Johns Hopkins in 1911. He worked with Dr. Donald D. Van Slyke on diabetes at the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research until 1922, when he became a specialist in private practice.
