Calvo worked in Spain, Italy, and Mexico appearing in ninety films between 1939 and 1984, including "Goyescas," "Last Stand in the Philippines," "Entre abogados te veas," "The Last Torch Song," "Los cuatro salvajes," "Guyana: Crime of the Century," among others.
