He was one of the most prominent comedians in Mexico, participating in more than 80 films, most of them comedic. He worked in films such as "Tacos al Carbon", "Las Fuerzas Vivas", "El Chanfle", "El Rompecatres" and "Sin ton ni Sonia", among many others. He had his own program as the protagonist, "El Comanche", which aired in 1973. He also acted TV shows as "¡Ah qué Kiko!", "Mujer, casos de la vida real" and "La familia P. Luche", and telenovelas "Morir para vivir", "Desencuentro", "La otra", "Amarte es mi pecado", among others. He was brother of actor Adrián Ramos.
