Michelle was raised in Concord, CA. She went to El Dorado Intermediate and finally Concord High School. She graduated in 1975 and was her class' homecoming queen. She was as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside. I knew her from Drama classes, and through her dating a mutual friend of mine in 1972. Although her early death was deemed an accidental drowning, her daughters believed otherwise.
After a six year battle, and never giving up to seek justice, today their efforts were rewarded. On 11/9/2013, their father was found guilty of the murder of their mother. All for the sake of wanting to be with his mistress.
He will be sentenced on January 7, 2014 and will serve from 15 years to life in prison for his crime. His daughters are heros and Law Enforcement finally got it right.
As for those of us that are left behind I can say this. I never met a person that didn't think Michele was a wonderful person. I am amongst that list.
