William (Bill) T. Tipton, 88, passed away January 11, 2010 in Sun City West, AZ. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, 3 children, 9 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. He retired from Missouri Public Service Co. in Raytown, MO as Project Engineer, building coal-powered power plants. Bill graduated from Oklahoma Military Academy in 1941 and was inducted into the US Army, serving in the cavalry for 3 years. He has enjoyed playing golf and playing the organ for many years. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Hospice of Arizona. A gathering at Camino del Sol, 13738 Camino Del Sol, Sun City West, January 15, 2010 from 2-4 pm.
