Micindy Lynn Bethea, 48, died Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.
Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 1, 2019 at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held 1:00-2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Born in Lumberton, NC, October 20, 1970, she was the daughter of Jennie Webster Bethea and the late Ronald Gately Bethea.
Survivors include her mother, Jennie W. Bethea of Hamer; brother, Heath (Misty) Bethea of Hamer; nephew, Gately Bethea; niece, Reagan Bethea; grandmother, Doris Webster of Dillon; aunts, Melissa (Lee) Daugherty, of Florence, and Kay (Mike) Kruger of Baltimore, MD.
The family would like to say a special thank you to Micindy's Aunt Joyce Bethea Kinlaw and to Franklin Lile, and many of her friends and family members for taking such good care during her illness.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
