Memorial services for Vivian Carol Baker will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 28, 2018 at Evergreen Perpetual Care Cemetery Mausoleum directed by Cooper Funeral Home. Visitation will be held 4-7 p.m. Saturday at Theresa's home, 108 N. Dew St., Latta, SC 29565.
Mrs. Baker, 76, died Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at McLeod Medical Center in Dillon.
Born in Greensboro, NC, January 23, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Charlie Preston Oates and Viola Estelle Davis Oates. She was a member of the Dillon Church of God.
Survivors include her children, James "Jimmy" Baker, Jr. (Angie) of North Myrtle Beach, SC, Theresa Baker Rogers of Latta, and John David Baker (Roseann) of Rock Hill, SC; grandchildren, Kaleb (Nikki) Baker, Matthew Rogers, Jacqueline Baker, and John David Baker, III; great-granddaughter, Lilly Baker; brother, O'Neal (Fay) Oates of Dillon; sister, Shelby Jean Johnson of Dillon.
Mrs. Baker was preceded in death by her husband, James William Baker; and grandson, Chad David Rogers.
