Mr. William Otto “Bill” Greenhaw, 78 of Guntersville, died Wednesday December 20, 2017 in Gainesville, Florida.
Mr. Greenhaw was born December 6, 1939 in Marshall County to Robert Albert Buddy Greenhaw and Jewel Celine Couch Greenhaw. He was a retired Aero Space Engineer from Redstone Arsenal. He enjoyed restoring air planes, he was the Vice President of the Homer B Wilson Vintage Aircraft and Automobile Museum, and he also served as President of Local Experimental Air Craft Association and former President of Local Young Eagle Coordinator.
He was of the Baptist Faith.
He is survived by his wife: Blanche Greenhaw; his children and in laws: Kevin Greenhaw and Tracey Peeble-Middleton and Kim Brown and Tom; his step-children: Sandy and A.J. McCulley, Tammy and Johnny Mimms and Wesley and Loretta Allred; a Special Friend: Martha West; his sisters: Alice Miller and Dolores Baker; twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents: Robert Albert Buddy and Jewel Celine Greenhaw and two brothers: Joe Greenhaw and Oscar Greenhaw.
Memorial Service will be 3:00 p.m. Friday December 29, 2017 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.
