Richard D. Fisher, of Westminster, MD, peacefully passed away to be with his Lord on May 25, 2016, at the Carrol Hospice Dove House. Richard was born on July 5, 1943, in Ellicott City, MD; the son of Price L. Fisher and Nellie Whithehair Fisher. He had one daughter, Leslie; two sons, Gregory and Jimmy; and he was the youngest of ten siblings, including: sisters, Patricia Fisher-Walker of Westminster, MD, and Margaret Ruth Lanier of Georgia. He was a very caring, loving man toward every one he was around. He was a welder by profession and he loved the outdoors, especially fishing. He suffered extreme pain, God looked down and saw his tired face, put his arms around him and as he saw the hills getting harder to climb, so God closed his eyes and said peace be thine. It broke my heart to lose you but you didn't go alone, as part of me went with you, and we will be together again in Heaven where our Lord Jesus resides. Amen.
