She was born May 15, 1894,in Lima,the daughter of William Robert and Dor Belle (Hardesty) Aplas.
On June 21, 1921, she married Lloyd W. Overly, who died Dec. 24, 1970.
Mrs. Overly was a homemaker. She was a member of United Methodist Church,Lima,and was a 56-year member of Lima Legion Auxiliary.
Survivors include one son, Warren R. Overly of Fostoria; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and one sister, Mrs. Milo (Mildred) Shaw of Lima.
Services will be at 1: 30 p.m.
Wednesday at Mann-Hare Funeral Home, Fostoria, Rev. James T. Mussman officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Lima.
Friends may call 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
