Billy Wayne Kindla, passed away on Friday, October 17, 2014 in San Antonio, Texas. He loved hunting, cooking, reading and having his family together. He found absolute joy with his dog Zoe. Billy also took pleasure in wood and metal work. He loved the Lord and was a member of the House on the Hill Baptist Church in San Antonio.

He is survived by wife Laura (Perkins) Kindla; children Ayden and Rebecca Kindla; parents William and Dorothy Kindla; uncle Richard Bennett and wife Shirley Bennett; aunt Brenda Mozingo; cousins Sherri Caldwell, Crystal Buening, Mary Hvamstad, and Kimberly Mozingo. Billy is also survived by many friends and loved ones.

He is preceded in death by grandparents, Will and Aline Kindla and Lyle and Terri Bennett; uncle, Morlen Mozingo and cousin, Michael Mozingo.

Visitation will be Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at the Shady Oak Baptist Church from 7:30-9:00 PM. Services will be Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at the Shady Oak Baptist Church at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at the Oakley cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be; Joseph Pratt, Frank Portnajmer, Miguel Garcia, Wyatt McDonald, Christopher Presnell, Robert Hvamstad and Donnie Payton.
