He was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy in Cloverleaf, Texas for 46 years.
He is survived by his wife Edith Fleming of 54 years, and their eight children -- Rita, Davis, Becky, Teresa, Rhonda, Darryl, Kevin, and Kandy. Also, survived by 18 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
The family will be receiving friends on Friday, February 10, 2006, at San Jacinto Memorial Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be on Saturday, February 11, 2006, at 1:00 p.m. at the Church of God of Prophecy, 14015 Muscatine, Houston, TX, with burial at San Jacinto Memorial Park.
