Lieutenant Commander Richard M. Cutts, while on a visit from Mare Island to relatives in San Francisco, was suddenly seized with internal hemorrhage on Tuesday night, from which he died Wednesday evening. The deceased was forty years of age and was a graduate of Annapolis Naval Academy. He leaves a wife and two children.
