Yesterday morning at 8 o'clock was the funeral procession for Mr. Joseph Schamberger, who died on Tuesday morning 6 1/2 o'clock, after his long suffering. The procession moved from his parents' apartment, Nr. 6, Emory Street to St. Alphonsus church where Father Breihof blessed the corpse. Then the funeral procession moved to the "Sweet Home-Cemetery", where the coffin for the time being was settled in the crypt.
The pall bearers were HH. Math. Fell, Jos. Olm, I. Corney and Jos. Lattig.
The deceased was born on September 12, 1859 in Baltimore and was paralyzed since the age of 10.
