OMAHA -- Roy E. Peterson, 44 of 327 Valley Street died Saturday in a hospital at Harlingen, TX. A construction superintendent for Ryan Construction Company, he was working on a project for the Valley Grain Company at the time of his death. Roy and recently went to Mexico and contacted Hepatitis when he returned home.
Roy graduated from Rokeby High School in Lincoln, Nebraska on Sunday May 13, 1928 at 8:00 PM at Congregational Church. Class of 7. Class Motto :"We did it" Principal; Edward Peterson
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Omaha.
Survivors include his wife Margaret; daughter, Mrs. Marcel,(Doris,(Pat)), Rehaume, Minneapolis, MN, and grandmother, Mrs. Anna Peterson, Lincoln, NE.
Services were held on Wednesday at 8:30 AM from the John A. Gentleman Mortuary to St. Patrick's Catholic Church at 9 AM. Burial was at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. The rosary has said at 8 PM Tuesday at the mortuary.
