Rev. Jackson Stitt Wilson was the son of William James and Sarah Ann (Stitt) Wilson. He was the husband of Jane Emma (Agnew) Wilson. They were married in 1889. Jane died May 6, 1960. Rev. Jackson was a Methodist Episcopal minister and Christian Socialist. He was Mayor of Berkeley from 1911 to 1913 and gubernatorial candidate for Governor of California.
